This page explains what The Burgh & Beyond collects when you use this site, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you start a Spotlight interview, we ask for your name, email and mobile phone number, then your answers to the interview questions, including details about your business such as its revenue range and audience size.

We also record how you reached us, such as the campaign link you followed or the site that referred you. Your browser stores your interview answers on your own device as you type, so you don’t lose them; they’re removed from your device when you send the interview.

How we use it

We use your information to review your interview, contact you about it, schedule your call, and prepare any feature, podcast conversation or magazine story that comes from it. We’ll check the details with you before a feature is published. Your revenue range and audience size are for our own use and aren’t published.

Who sees it

Our editorial team and the people who run The Burgh & Beyond can see your information. We keep it in GoHighLevel, the customer management system we use to store contacts, send email and book calls. We don’t sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time. Reply to any email we’ve sent you and we’ll take care of it.
